Born Stryn, Sogn of Fjordane, Norway, 1835; spouse,
Anne "Marie" Rasmusdtr Muri, born Jan 1839, same area. Married1868.
3 Tonning children: Johanne Marthea, Anna Karoline, Marit, and Anders. Family emigrated from Trondheim in 1882 to Zumbrota and then it is believed, to Blue Earth. Don't know if it was Blue Earth in Faribault Co., or if it was Blue Earth County.
Rasmus was carpenter and entrepreneur. I do not know
his ancestoral history.
I would like to find descendents of the Tonning children
