I am the grandaughter of Chester Almond Morehouse and his wife,Amy Adelaide Nichols. My mother's name was Grace Morehouse and was born in Lamberton, Minnesota, in 1901, the youngest of 11 children. When she was about 7 years old, the family moved to a homestead in Van Hook, ND and both grandparents are buried there. I would like to find out more about the Morehouse and Nichols connection. There is also a strong llink with the Bolen family. My information says that Chester's mother was Samantha Caroline Bolen. My mother, Grace, also married Romie Bolen in Vorth Dakota.
