John Myrick died on 9th September 1887 as the result of an accident while coupling trains. His arm was crushed and gangrene set in. He lived for nine days which means the accident must have occurred about 31st August. He was approaching his 30th birthday and left behind a wife and two little girls named Mable/Mabel and Mirtle/Myrtle/Mertle. I don't know the name of his wife. I do not know where the accident happened or where John is buried but recently discovered that it may have been Albert Lea or somewhere in Freeborn County. Is there anyone who may be able to help me by doing a check of Cemetery Records? I am in Perth, Australia.
