Hello Tom,
I use a map of downtown Minneapolis to figure out which ED a certain address
could be situated in. Got this map from a dear friend living in Minnesota
for I am living in the Netherlands. I know it's not the easiest and/or best
way but so far I have been able to find the persons I was looking for. This
way of working also takes a lot of patience! But that is something we all
need to have with this hobby, isn't it? :>)
Good luck with your research,
Irma
