I would like to locate the baptism records for two children born 1893 and
1900 in Minnesapolis.

Beryl Archer born March 22, 1893
Marguerite born April 115, 1900.

For both births the parents are living at 2315 N. 6th St.

Can anyone tell me what might have been the closest Lutheran churches at
that time?

They were married at: St. John's English Lutheran Church in 1891 but that
church doesn't have these childrens baptism records and I know they had
moved by the time their first child was born in 1893.
