Michelle,

I was just going through my inbox and found your e-mail below! I feel
terrible that it was missed in the shuffle of the many e-mails I get daily.
I truly appreciate each and every one who is willing to do lookups and I
never ignore volunteers! This was a complete oversight on my part and I
apologize.

I've added your offer to do lookups on the Hennepin County page and
appreciate your help.
