Good morning. .
GEM was Government Employees M art or M erchandise ...... something like that.
My cousin suggested that too, but added it was on Cedar Avenue, across from the old Met Stadium at that time. He used to work there in high school.
I put out a few more emails to high school friends. One is going to ask her mother. Now, it is not just a little puzzle that is bugging me.... I am on a quest.
