Sorry but Anderson is one of the most common names in Minnesota, ranks right
up there with Johnson. I have no idea, without some other piece of
information, that you could find anything to know that this was the woman you were
looking for.
Do you know parents' names? A rough guess of her age? Where in Minneapolis
she lived? What was her occupation? What was her religion? Did she have
children? Did she go to school?
If you are searching for her, there must be some reason that you know this
person was here and why you need to find her. Maybe if you look at that, you
will get even a small clue about her age, where she was from, her occupation,
something.

Without anything more than a name like Anderson, there is no way you will
learn more.
