Hello list- My grandmother Lydia Groth attended Immanuel Lutheran School in
Courtland, Minn from say 1912- 1918. I went to visit my uncle( her son In
Washington state. I was able to photocopy many things( records) but didnt
find any school record. I am hoping someone is familiar with the school and
is the historian, peerhaps might tell me if there is any existing records
from that time or any pictures of the older clases. My grandmother was born
in Courtland, Minn, she was baptized 4 of November 1906 at Emanuel Lutheran
Church Her parents were Henry and Fredericka Groth. Hopefully someone might
attend the church also and tell me about what the school was like back when
my grandmother attended. Thanks so much. Melodee Slaney
