Surname: Domaas
-------------------------
Ole Domaas, my grandmother's uncle, drowned in Red River, four Miles north
of East Grand Forks, on April 11th 1903. He had then probably lived on
his own in the Red River Valley for many years. I wonder if his death would
have been written about in any East Grand Forks newspaper. Would there
be any information about his brother, Kristoffer, together with whom he
emigrated from Norway in 1882 and about whom we know nothing about? Or
his cousin who also went with them. Does anyone know about 1903 East Grand
Forks newspapers (English or Norwegian)? Family in Norway want to find
out more about them. Thanks ! Kjell.
