Does anyone have information on Henry Pawling Prather and Nellie Barlow -
they lived in East Grand Forks around 1900-1910. Nellie was born and raised
in EGF, graduating valedvictorian in 1903 - Henry was born in St.Paul.
Nellie also helped organize the first Salvation Army in EGF. Any information
would be appreciated.
