John E Nansen, 65, moorhead Mn died Tuesday Feb 8 2005 in his home in Moorhead. John Edgar Nansen was born on Dec. 6 1939 near Winger Mn to Edgar and Agnes (Lind) Nansen. He served in the US Army. John married Arlene Olson of Gary Mn on June 21962. John is survived by his wife, Arlene, one son Marti and one sister Darlene (Myron) Messelt. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sons Jeffrey and Jason and two sisters Jean Sorvig Lee, and Hallis Bakke. Memorial held at Dilworth Lutheran Church.
