My grandfather was Lawrence Orlando Knutson, born in Polk County 26 Jun 1898, died Pierce County, WA Apr 1968. I just learned this was his adoptive name. His WWI Draft card lists a Mrs. Thea Knutson of Hattan Trail ND as next relative. This was not his wife. I believe his birth name was Bjustad but have no further information. Any family clues or ideas on researching this would be helpful.
