Easy for you to say...it is more than being "not on their game" when people
repeatedly take money from multiple people and then refuse to talk to with
them. This is fraud...not being a little off their game....A person who
just can't do something they expected to do can always return the
money...something he refuses to do.

Jim also discovered and sent me FREE numerous photos and documents from the
1870s when my ancestor ran a business in St. Paul.

Some people run hot & cold, and simply can't follow through when they are
not on their game. Give him a break & be thankful for what you get when you
get it and don't send money.
