In Redwood: The Story of a County by Wayne E. Webb (1964), pg. 144 there is a reference to B. F. Cady and two Jensens in Brookville township:
"Brookville was the third of the pemanent townships to organize. Settlers came into the southeastern part of Redwood county in 1868-69, part of a colony of Danish immigraants who had begun settling near Sleepy Eye lake three years earlier. H. M. Jensen, Knud Hansen, Peter Jensen, and Ole Petersen probably were the first into Brookville, and J. B. Moore and D. McMillan came in 1869. Commissioners approved a petition to organize February 29, 1872, but requirements were not met. Approval came again April 1, 1873, and 18 days later the following were elected: B. F. Cady, chairman; Theodore Johnson and D. McMillan, supervisors; W. W. Brown, clerk; Peter Bodiger, assessor; James Sommer and Otto Lamphier, justices; H. M. Johnson and Abe Lane, constables; A. L. McDonald a short time later was appointed board chairman in Cady's place. Brookville in 1880 had the largest population of Redwood county township, 326."
There is no mention of these men in the section about the forming of Morgan but as Brookville borders Morgan perhaps these are your folks. If you could give me first names for the Jensens (other than those mentioned above), I might be able to find something else. I couldn't find anything in the book about Hageman. There are several Larsens. Again first names would be helpful.
In the same book on pg 413 is a sentence or two about the 7th Day Adventist Church of Morgan:
"SEVENTH DAY ADVENTIST - Morgan, 1885 in Brown County (later located in Brookville township, Wayburne and Morgan township before coming to Morgan in 1957), 70.
I believe the 70 refers to the number of members.
Hope this has been helpful.
