I have just joined the Scott County list, but have not seen any of this in
the archives for this list. I am a member of several other County and
Surname lists as well.

Some information is already at www.Winker.net. Looking for other
descendants of these families who may have information and/or photos to share.

Seeking family information on:
Florian (1825-1903) and Theresia (1824-1878) LUX who lived and farmed south
of Jordan. They moved to the area from Silesia, Prussia, in 1854.

Nicholas PETERS and Theresia (LUX) PETERS who lived in Helena Twp.
- Nicholas Peters B. 20 Jul 1844, RhinelandD. 1 Nov 1904
- Theresia Lux:B. 25 Nov 1850, Silesia, PrussiaD. 17 Jun 1906

Florian HOFFMAN and Sophia (Schommer) HOFFMAN who lived in Belle Plaine, MN
- Florian HoffmanB. 28 Feb 1899D. 15 Sep 1982
- Sophia SchommerB. 10 Sep 1901D. 11 Oct 1995
- Florian and Sophia were married on 24 Nov 1925 in Belle Plaine, MN

Florian Hoffman is the son of Michael Hoffman and Sophia Lux who were
married in Jordan on 16 Dec 1889, then moved to Burton Twp in Yellow
Medicine County, MN.
