Mrs. Elizabeth Ann Fisher, 92, Kansas City, Mo, passed away September 15,
1995 at the Timberlake Nursing Home. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday,
September 18, at St. Bernadett Catholic Church, 9020 E 51st Terrace; burial
in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call 4-7 p.m. Sunday, September 17,
at the McGilley Midtown Chapel, where the Rosary will be said at 6 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Mercedarians
Missionaries of Berriz, Liberty, Mo.

Mrs Fisher was born October 7, 1902, in Bellesplains, (which should read
Belle Plaine, Sibley County) Mn., and had lived in this aarea most of her
life. She had worked for Kline's Department Store as a sales clerk. She
was a former member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She was preceeded
in death by her husband, Ralph Fisher, Captain of Kansas City Fire Department,
on March 9, 1971. She was also preceeded in death by her brother, Maurice
Quirk, and a granddaughter, Martha Atkins. She is survived by one son,
Charles Fisher, Fire Chief of the Kansas City, Missouri Fire Department;
two daughters, Margaret (Peg) Corbitt and Joanne Eller, all of Kansas City,
Mo; 11 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
Her grandson will act as pallbearers.

Additional info not in the Obituary: Father's name Michael Quirk, born
in Ireland. Both her and brother were baptized at St. Thomas Catholic Church,
Le Sueur, Minnesota.
