The attached obit file for Ruth Ann (Hurst) Kastner I'm sorry to say says that Leo died in 1964. With this discrepancy I was unable to locate an obit for him. If you have any info to add that would show a more complete death date I could follow up. West Union, Minnesota is located in Todd County, not far from the St. Cloud area.
