Subject: [MNSTEARN] Looking for SMITH, John W. SMITH

Don't laugh or cringe or roll your eyes like I did when I found out Gr Gr Grandma had a brother named John SMITH. Well with such a popular name I could use some help.
I looked at the MN Death index and knowing he did not die prior to 1939 and he was not born in Minnesota I came up with two Possibles... John Smith with birth date, birth place and mother's maiden name n/a.. Death 02/19/1941 or another in the same circumstance but Death 02/19/1944.
He had been living in St Cloud since his mother died in 1929 and then mentioned again in his last sibiling's, to mention survivng sibilings, obit in 1939. The Stearn Co. deaths are the only ones I could find on any John Smiths in this time frame.
I do not know his spouse's name ( if he even had one ) or any children ( if he had any ). So I am hoping to have help tracking down the Obits on the two deaths mentioned above or If available 1930 census. My John SMITH was born in England, most likely Raunds, btwn 1858 to 1871.
Father was James SMITH and mother Lucy SMITH ( her maiden name the same as married name ). His sibiling that I know of are William Henry, George, Walter, Mary Ann, Margaret, Lucy and also 2 unknowns - b: 1858 to 1972 d: bfr 1929 in England or the USA.
Any help great appreciated. Need anything looked up in my neck of the cornfields just let me know.
