Ardell & others,
Sometimes I respond directly to a person, instead of the LIST, because of
information I think others would not be interested in (i.e. chit chat,
personal info, etc.). But you are right, much knowledge does come in small
pieces. So, what do others think? I think we should send all answers to all
questions thru the LIST, unless it is purely personal or private. This LIST
is not so busy that a few extra emails per day would make a difference.
JMHO.
God Jul everyone,
Phil

"John Winson built the first filling station in Clarkfield in the spring

It shows no other Winson in the index, but I will scan Lisbon and Hazel
Run. Prhaps the maps I do have would be sufficient for what you want.
Then--to all of you, I do have a history book of Hazel Run town and the
township is included.
Also a book on Hazel Run Lutheran, the former pastor Larry Thompson is a
friend of mine.
Let me ask a quick question, on many other lists, we answer over the list,
but I notice in this one, the messages (many were informative) are sent
directly to the recipient. It seems we lose something that way, as
knowledge
usually comes in small pieces. Let me know what is the proper procedure
and
I will be happy to respond to the right format.
That does not always include addresses.
