I got hooked in 1999 and only during the storms and not feeling up to it do I
ever turn off my computer.

Kenny and myself have been walkign through the cemeteries here in Greene co
and other areas taking photos of headstones so that others may share in the
greatness of cemetery findings. Right now wwe are doing MaplePark cem in
springfield, and Hazelwood in springfield. We have St. Marys done, and a few others
done.

I love it. I know others may have photographed them, but we are also
insearch of family members so what the hay, were walkign through them anyway why not
photograph them. I have them in order and saved on CD's.

My mother asked me why I was so interested in looking for the dead. I told
her well the living can hurt me, the dead only frustrate me when I can not find
the,. She said "oh I see". it was great.

I am 47 and was diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis as age 44 and this seems to
be the only real thing I am able to do in sperts. I walk the cemeteries when
its not to hot, and on the hot days I go through and put the names to the
photo. Then another cool day hits and out there I go again. I was destoned to do
genealogy, as a child I loved the old cemeteries, and old photographs. I
also collect vintage photos, especially the ones that I find with names on them,
I have about 1000 of them.

One day I plan to have a web site that has old vintage photos and cemetery
headstone photos available to everyone.
