Barbara,
I am sorry, but I can't find anyone indexed in 1860 St. Charles County whose
last name begins with ARC or ARS who was born in Canada and has a name
similar to Archambault.
Because several of the years are every-name indexed, I also tried searching
on just the first name of your ancestor, Lizziam because it is an unusual
name, and found a Lissiam and a Lizziam Archambeau, but both were in later
census years, and in South Dakota and Montana, as I recall.
Sorry I wasn't able to help. Hopefully someone else on the list will have
better luck than I.
