You have provided more info for me to work on. Like I did not know that
Alice House married twice. I have to find if George Champ died and she just
remarried.



There of numerous family trees at Rootsweb on the Adam House. Is this a free
website that I can look at? Can I find this site by writing in
www.rootsweb.com <http://www.rootsweb.com/>; ?

(Living on either side are Jackson House (age 26 b. TN), John House (age 50

b. TN) and Adam House, Jr. (age 44 b. VA)



Found family tree which states that Alice House married twice ... to George

Champ and then to an "Evritt". The following record would seem to enforce

this. Also same tree has a son for Joseph and Emily named "Chester" who was

born 1876. Believe census taker mistakenly listed Chester as "Allert"

instead of "House".
