Could I get a lookup for a William Andrew (Andy) Webb b. about 1870 in MO. He was born and raised in Madison and Iron Cos. MO but was said to be somewhat of a wanderer later on. He was also said to have been married twice. Once to a Dollie ? and I don't know the other one's name. He was said to have stayed mostly close to his boyhood roots. Thank you
