I have this information about my Great Grandfather Carl Frederick Borghardt
that serviced in the Northern Army, 2nd Mo. Infantry in 1861 and served till
1865. Does anybody know anything about this Infantry? I have no idea about
it or were to start looking. Borghardt was a German, who lived in either St.
Louis or Lamar, Mo.
His two brothers, I don't know their names, and his brother in law, Chas
Smith served with him, too
