I have been given details of the grave of Ephraim Toothaker in Locust Creek, Linn Co. It lists his war service details but I am unable to decipher part of it. Would anyone be able to tell me what it all means please?

TOOTHAKER, E. S. d.-Jan. 28, 1874, age 44y - 1m - 11 days. (I get this bit)
Military stone - reads - Co. D 62nd MO. Eng. Mil.

I think it reads he was in Company D of the 62nd Missouri Regiment, Engineers section, Militia.

Could someone verify or correct me please?
