Hello to Victoria and the List,

Been largely absent from most all my "lists" recently.
So to Victoria, and to those of you whom (y'each know who
you are) that I have been in the habit of being in closer
contact with, I send a big "Howdy!"
I am distantly related to Jesse (through a Lindsay
maternal line), live where he and his brother frequented
(Independence, Missouri), live a mile from where he robbed
the Glendale train, used to go to Rock Creek School which is
located across from Hill Park where Frank James is buried.
On the other hand, I don't think I have ever read a book
(as an adult) that dealt strictly with the James boys. So,
though I would be well-positioned to get any information
personally, and directly (except for a hundred and twenty or
thirty year lag), my familiarity with him has more or less
"accumulated" over the years.
I can only say that the Hill family connection is rock
solid and that the Benton and Jasper county references are
known to me. What are you wanting to know?
