I'm still looking for what happened to Isaac Butcher (b. 1840) and William J. Butcher (b. 1842) and appear on the

1850 - Oregon Co, Mo,-District 65 (Jobe Township) #130

John Butcher 40 TN
Susan 24 MO
Elizabeth 14 Mo
Isaac 10 MO
William J 8 MO
James H 3 MO
Roda 1 MO

*For John Butcher, I have 3 marriages.

Nov 25, 1832 - Thirzy Blake married John Butcher Lawrence Co., AR

May l7, 1840--Dorcas Jobe married John Butcher Ripley Co., MO

July 18, 1844 - Susan Flannery married John Butcher ORegon Co., MO

*It is the children from this 2nd marriage that I'm especially interested in.

*I cannot find John or Susan or Elizabeth or Isaac or William J. on the 1860 census.

However, I just located who I believe to be James H. and Roda.

They are listed with the Alford and Amanda Deatherage family on 1860 Shannon Co., Missouri. Jasper Twp. They are listed as Henderson Butcher age 14 and Roda Butcher age 10.

Now anyone tell me anything more about any of these people. Thanks
