No. I know of their existence, but haven't actually acquired them. It is
prohibitively expensive to post books to Australia, so I've been waiting for
my next trip 'home' to have a look at these. In any case, my understanding
is that they don't list every cemetery, specially not the small private
grounds. I'd be very happy to hear I'm wrong!

P.S. Speaking of small private grounds, in case anyone is looking for
VanArsdall, there is a small fenced-in plot with perhaps a half dozen (maybe
less?) graves in a field to the left of the old F highway that leads to the
Munsell Chapel Cemetery, just where the paved road ends (state maintenance
ends and [Shannon] county maintenance begins). I've always meant to walk up
there and copy the gravestones but never seemed to get time to do it.
