In my opinion, it depends on how much the dues are and how they came by the
information in the first place. If it is handed down information, they
should share it. If they paid for the information and are recouping the
cost, I guess it is reasonable that they get part of the money back. If they
have a tight knit bunch that wants to control the information for selfish
reasons I would try to get information that they don't have, let them know
in a coy way that you have it but tell them you cannot share it unless they
pay dues to your organization.
