Laura - If you can find anything at all, I'll be eternally grateful.
What I have is 2 sisters, both from England while young. No family name.
Census says they emigrated in 1857. The one I want is Helen who married a
Robinson. Born 1852. Sometimes shown as Ella. She is shown on the 1880
census as living with her sister Louisa.She was a widow by then - don't
know her husband's name. Probably married about 1872/3 as she had a child
born 1874 in St.Louis. Dead by 1900. I found 2 Ellas and an Ellen on the
paper's obit index. No Helen.
Ancestry has a death record for a Helen Robinson, 10 May 1894, add. 1102 S
Cardinal. Is there anyone who could look up that death record? I'm not sure
which is the best way to go here. (Is S Cardinal in the City?. Sister
Louisa divorced - where would that record be?
