Might be Ward 18 ?
In 1850 the location was described as at Hogan St. between Cass and
O'Fallon. An 1875 description shows it at the West side of 20th St. between
Cass & O'Fallon. In 1913 a plot was bought in Kirkwood but was later sold
before the new home in Normandy opened in 1916 -7.
