William T. KELSEY, son of Joseph and Rebecca Kelsey, m. Martha Unknown 1823, Montgomery co. VA. He moved to Mercer County, Mo, and from there is believed to have lived and maybe died in Atchison Co.

Siblings of William T. are Harrison, Mary Elizabeth, George W., Margaret and Francis M. Mary Elizabeth is said to have died 1899, Rockfort, Atchison.

Does anyone have access to census records or cemetery indexes that might prove William T. Kelsey was, in fact, in Atchison Co?
