If you find yourself in the deeds index please check for Pannell/Landers land
transactions. We are aware of the following 1877 transfers. There may be as
many as 7 more transactions, probably in 1877, after Barsheba, the wife, died
and before Elisha died Jan 1879.

1877 Elisha bought a 1/9th share of 77 acres in Section 31, Twp 26N, Range
26W, Barry County from at least two step sons, John A Pannell and Victor M
Pannell
on Kings Prairie containing 77 acres. Price was $45.00. See Barry
Co Map.

If you find other Pannell to Landers transactions, I would like to have the
dates so I can send for copies of the deeds. The deeds office cannot do this
type of research for me.
