The list of "Bohemian families" is from papers written by the late Rev. Gilbert Esser, a Cole Camp native, and subsequently included in book Cole Camp Area History 1839-1976, which also includes a history of St Peter & Paul Catholic Church, and a biography of the Jacob Schuber family, which states Jacob and Anna (Kaas) Schubert came to USA from Königgrätz, Bohemia in 1871 with four oldest children (t dropped from name after arrival).

The 1876 state census data is from a copy published 1969 by Jacqueline Hogan Williams and Betty Harvey Williams.
