Found this death certificate info and it shows the father Pink COLLINS was born in Bollinger Co,MO. and Mother Flora was born in Madison Co,MO. I can't make out Flora's maiden name.
Death certificate shows Dolph Columbus COLLINS was 1 year and 2 months old.
