If I remember correctly there are 2 graves with names on them and about 100+ just with numbers. I do not know if the state hospital has a list of names that go with the numbers.

It has been awhile since I have been out there.

You can access the grave 'yard' from 36th street.
It is between Frederick Ave and Faraon St. on the west side of the street.

There is a marker that has some information about the cemetary. And a sign that says 'Do not pass' The old state hospital is now a prison. So you are probably being watched, just wave and head for the markers.
