I am trying to find a way to visit the Mt. Nebo Cemetery in St. Joseph to photograph the graves of my ggggrandparents and one or more of their children.? I know approximately where the Cemetery is located and have driven the area surrounding it.? However, it is on fenced, private land (a wooded area) and posted, No Trespassing.? I have been unable to locate anyone in the general vacinity who knows anything about it or who might own the land.? I have tried to locate it on Google World, but the tree covering is too heavy to see any ground.? I would appreciate ANY help or suggestions on how this Cemetery can be viewed as I was under the?impression all cemeteries were public domain.? If I am able to gain access, I will be willing to photograph all the markers and makes notes of who is buried there?(those I am able to find)?as no such listing currently exists.
