Here is my problem looking for McCollum's in Camden Co. Mo. , My ggrandfather
Jasper(Mack) McCollum was born May 1850 in Louisville Ky. The family moved to
Camden Co. Mo.,I found a 1870 federal census for Camden Co.Mo. Auglaize
township where there was a Jasper McColin (could be misspelled) age 25 and
born in Ky. and in the 1880 federal census for Camden Co. Mo. there is a
Jasper McCollom (could be misspelled) self .....age35...Ky...Car...Ky He is
also married hereto Nancy J Stein (Steen).......wife....age22...Mo..Ky..Ky
and one daughter NancyE..dau..age1...Mo..Ky...Mo . I know this last bunch is
my relation, Jasper had 5 boys and 4 girls, but they forgot Joesph
McCollum...born.. June 30 1876 and died in 1879 at Glaize City Mo. by the way
where is that town ? Most all of his kid's were born in Camden Co. Mo. and he
and his wife are buried in Bristow Ok. cemetary. so any help would be greatly
appreciated.E-mail me any time l am at a brick wall with my family, nobody
remember's except one aunt, she gave me some of this infromation. Thank you
