Rachel Whitson married Richard Long and was enumerated with him and one son, Walker Long, in 1850 Pulaski Co., Missouri.
I cannot find Richard in 1860 census. I do find a Rachel married to Daniel Simpson in 1860 Cedar Co., Missouri. There are three Simpson children from a previous marriage and four Long children in the household. I believe this is the same Daniel Simpson who was enumerated in 1850 Bates Co., Missouri. If anyone knows anything about these two blended families, please let me know. Any help appreciated.
