Any connections with Isaac BLAKEY (1847 -1917)?

*Served in the Civil War MS Union Army (1863-1866)
as Isaac BLAKER a.k.a WHITE.

*He was the son of Andrew WHITE and Juila
former slaves in MO owned by John Blakey
His wife Francis (White) Blakey....
*Other of Isaas'siblings Mary, Linda,
Richard...all carried the WHITE surname.

*Isaac was a WHITE but choose the BLAKEY surname.
Isaac's second wife was named Rachel they had 18 children.

*BLAKEYs and WHITEs resided in Howard and Chariton MO area
Forest Green, Salisbury,Keysville areas...
