There are three papers in which it's likely to appear:

Springfield Newsleader: http://www.news-leader.com/today/index.shtml

The Christian County paper and the Nixa paper are weeklys that come out on Wednesdays. So it wouldn't be in until next Wednesdays paper. Your uncle's name sounds familiar to me. My husband has a welding business, Clever Welding, and I wonder if he's done work for him.
