Tiffany, this is my family, and Elizabeth Stribling who married William
D. Wade was the daughter of William Stribling and Margaret "Peggy"
Searcy. Some list his wife as Margaret Blizzard, but I have a copy of
the marriage from Mar 2, 1807, Madison Co., KY. However it's possible
that he had a previous wife because on the 1810 census some of the
children's ages don't match up with his marriage date to Margaret
Searcy. Elizabeth's older brother John Wiley was my g(3) grandfather.
I believe Elizabeth died May 24, 1852 Clay Co., MO. Her husband d Jan
8, 1888, Clay Co., MO. They had 3 children, Elizabeth, Samyra (Lamira?)
"Sami, and Amanda.
I do not have much on the Wade family except the William D. Wade's
parents were John Wade b 1784 and Prudence Ellington b 1788. I also
believe William was born Dec 30, 1812, KY, but I'm not sure where.
The Stribling family came to MO from Clark Co., KY.
Who is Pleasant Wade?

The Elizabeth STRIBLING that I have is the sister of: John Wiley, Jordan, Lucy Ann, Eleanor, Margaret Ann, Sarah Ann "Sally", and Mary Ebaline.
