Looking for information about this marriage which it is said took place in Clay County MO. Would like to find out more info..when Jesse Mcpike died, where buried? What happened to child, where buried?

Nancy Boydsten (b. 1814), the daughter of Thomas Boydsten and Elizabeth Gregg from TN married 28 Aug 1834 in Clay County MO Jesse McPike. They had one child: William McPike born 1839. (There may have been others who died, I'm trying to get more information. This is all I have.) She remarried in 1847 a widower in Platte Co. MO, Sanders W. McComas, the son of Moses McComas and his wife Lucy Napier. They moved to Circleville, Jackson Co. KS about 1856 and were among first settlers there. I know lots from that period, but nothing about her first marriage of who Jesse McPike was.

Can anybody who knows Clay County help me?
