This is a different Judy. Are your sure your Meador line is from Germany?

My husband had that line and they show as "Meads" in England in the 1600's.

I have a marriage for a Wiley Davis and Mary Hagerwood they were married

Smith co. TN and are listed on the 1870 Dekalb Co. TN with children

age 5 and Henry S age 4 months . Mary is the daughter of Jacob Hagerwood.
I
can't find them after 1870. I was wondering while researching Davis in
DeKalb if you found anything on this family.
