I have a few McBrayers in my database from NC.

1. Carlton McBrayer b. September 02, 1814 NC d. December 18, 1890, buried in
McCrary Cemetery

2. John Abel McBrayer, Carlton's brother, b. September 22, 1816 Buncombe
Co., d. January 06, 1901 also buried in McCrary.

I have their parents as Samuel McBrayer and Elizabeth Ann Abel but no
birthplaces for them.

3. Andrew Jackson McBrayer b. November 09, 1827 NC ( I don't have a county),
d. September 01, 1859; buried in McCrary along with wife Alina Nancy McCrary
from Fairview, Buncombe Co., NC. I have Alina's parents and paternal
grandparents as being born in Rowan Co. I don't have Andrew's parents.
