Is anyone doing any research on the Garrett family? Mostly around Franklin county, but some Washington County... I'm at a major brick wall tyring to find a father for LEVI born 1837 AND SAMUEL GARRETT born about 1842 They were both in the Civil War, 26th Missouri and I have their pension records but no mention of parents. And I am unable to find them in 1850 and by 1860 they are both married.
