My great3-grandmother Melvina A. (Potter) Schreffler, died 22 Jan 1933 in Harrison county.

According to the obituary she died "at the county home", it also gives, "member of the county home household for the past year and a half."

Does someone know where and what this "county home" was circa 1933?
