I only found 4 Herbert Woods on familysearch.org born in Wisconsin:

1. Herbert G. WOOD - 1880 United States Census / Wisconsin
Son Gender: Male Birth: <1869> WI
2. Herbert WOOD - 1880 United States Census / Wisconsin
Son Gender: Male Birth: <1874> WI
3. Herbert WOOD - 1880 United States Census / Wisconsin
Son Gender: Male Birth: <1877> WI
4. Herbert T. WOODS - 1880 United States Census / Wisconsin
Son Gender: Male Birth: <1878> WI

I found 1 Zella Wood but no Herbert in the house

1. Zella WOOD - 1880 United States Census / Minnesota
Dau Gender: Female Birth: <1868> WI

On the Herberts above, Zella could have been born AFTER the census was
taken in 1880 and of course wouldn't show.
