But in Missouri it isn't private from the waterside. That area of the
county has many Bluffs. some even white limestone and very high.many have
the name of an original or the long time landowner. There are also caves in
the area. I haven't been their in years but I don't think Truman Lake
flooded over it. An additional dam was built in the Lake of the Ozarks area
, damming the Osage river.Looking at a road map of Missouri, the impoundment
does go to the brownington area. This is resort or summer camping area.
